Share the agenda and key terminology in advance through an agreed channel. Confirm the video platform and interpreter access, test your microphone and connection, and use a quiet space. Speak in short sections, allow time for interpreting and have one person speak at a time.
How to request an interpreter
Send your language pair and dialect, date, local time and time zone, expected duration, meeting subject and preferred format. For an in-person assignment, include the country, city and venue. We review your requirements and confirm availability and suitable arrangements before you book. A request does not reserve an interpreter.
Pricing and confirmation
Example: €100–€120 / h, excluding applicable tax and travel. Your quote depends on the languages, subject, format and arrangements. Agree on the final price, payment and cancellation conditions before confirming the assignment. Support 24/7 is available for enquiries; interpreter availability must be confirmed.
