An email enquiry is a request to discuss an assignment. It does not automatically reserve an interpreter or confirm availability.

Agreeing on an assignment

Before an assignment, agree on the language pair, format, date, time zone, duration, price, payment arrangements and any cancellation conditions. Mention specific qualification or organisational requirements at first contact.
